J. Enrique Morales

Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Morales serves a diverse range of clients with probate matters such as establishing estate administrations and challenging wills in jury trials. With a passion for helping people, he assists families and their loved ones navigate the legal, financial and administrative aspects of probate. Moreover, since he has firsthand experience with guardianships and conservatorships, he is understanding and compassionate in helping his clients through all stages of legal proceedings.

Earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in managerial sciences from Georgia State University, Mr. Morales went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2017. During law school, he was a member of the Georgia Latino Law Students Foundation and the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association. He was also the recipient of the Best Brief award in Lawyering: Advocacy for writing the best brief in support/opposition of a motion for summary judgement.

Furthermore, Mr. Morales won the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the Theories of Justice Seminar and for his contribution to the HeLP Legal Services Clinic, where he assisted children with disabilities secure Social Security benefits. In addition, he interned for the Honorable Judge Christopher A. Ballar at the Gwinnett County Probate Court and the Honorable Judge Jeryl Rosh at the DeKalb County Probate Court. After graduation, he passed the bar and was licensed to practice in Georgia in 2018.
