Admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, Mr. Togut is authorized to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia
As an active participant in the legal community, Mr. Togut served as president of ARC of Georgia. He currently serves on the Legal Committee of the ARC of the U.S. His professional contributions have been recognized through several honors, including Phillip Heiner Award from the Atlanta Legal Aid Volunteer Foundation, the ARC of Georgia’s Professional of the Year Award in 1991 and the Lifetime Volunteer Lawyer Award from the ACLU of Georgia in 2003.
