David H. McCain

David H. McCain is a personal injury attorney at Childers & McCain, LLC, in Macon, Georgia. Mr. McCain handles actions involving catastrophic injury, bad faith insurance, premises liability, workers’ compensation, wrongful death and other issues. He serves clients in Macon and throughout Georgia.

Mr. McCain has over a decade of legal experience and is a respected attorney within his legal community. Over his years in practice, he has helped many injured Georgia residents and their families to recover the compensation they deserve.

Raised in Georgia, Mr. McCain earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Georgia before going on to earn his law degree from Mercer University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law before all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. McCain stays active in his legal community by involving with various legal organizations. He belongs to the Macon Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Macon Civic Club and serves as president of the William A. Bootle American Inn of Court.
