  • Our client was cycling and riding in a paceline with other bicyclists in Warner Robins, Georgia.  He was leading the group and signaling that he was turning left from a main roadway.  As he started to make the turn, the defendant believed they were signaling the motorist to go around and she crashed into our client while riding his bicycle.  He suffered multiple orthopedic injuries and abrasions from the collision.  Our law firm identified the Defendant's insurance and presented a demand for the entire bodily injury policy of $100,000 and the property damage policy of $100,000 and UM policy of $50,000.  All coverage was tendered despite our client riding a bicycle.  This happened in Houston County, Georgia., 2023
