John Christopher Clark (Chris) is a founding attorney at Clark, Smith & Sizemore, LLC a leading personal injury law firm in Macon, Georgia. Mr. Clark graduated summa cum laude from The Citadel and served as an officer in the United States Army. He received his law degree from Mercer University where he was the Mercer Law Review editor and member of the Brainerd Currie Honor Society. Mr. Clark has served as president of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, president of the Macon Bar Association and president of the Middle Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He served on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia from 2011 - 2017. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American and Federal Bar Associations, the State Bar of Georgia and the Macon Georgia Bar.
Chris is a master in the William A. Bootle Inn of Court, an organization of esteemed lawyers in the Macon area. Further, he has been an adjunct professor at Mercer Law School for 24 years, teaching Advanced Legal Writing and Trial practice to third-year students and now teaches Trial Advocacy.

- 15 yr old boy participating in an organized race at motorcross track. He falls off bike and severely cuts leg on exposed metal culvert pipe. Plaintiff endures 7 surgeries.
