Mary Beth Hand

Mary Beth Hand is an attorney at Adams Law Firm, a firm based in Georgia known across the state for its personal injury law services. From the firm’s office in Macon, she serves clients in and around Macon and other areas as well, representing victims of personal injury who have sustained injuries due to others' negligence. Bringing over two decades of experience to the table, she has handled a plethora of cases in these years involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, product liability, premises liability, slip-and-fall injuries, traumatic brain injuries and wrongful death.

A native of Georgia, Ms. Hand attended Georgia Southern University and earned her undergraduate degree summa cum laude in 2000. While she was at the university, she worked at a law firm, which stoked her interest in learning and understanding more about the country’s legal system. She enrolled in the University of Georgia School of Law and graduated in 2003 with her Juris Doctor degree. Here, she served as the managing editor of the Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property Law and was also inducted into the Order of the Coif.

Right after finishing her law school and receiving the bar license, Ms. Hand started her legal career at a premier law firm based right out of Macon. She was a part of the team here for more than five years, and she worked closely with multiple renowned attorneys, allowing her to observe and learn from them and honing her skills as an attorney. Later, she served as a law clerk at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, gaining extensive experience in federal law.
