Nathaniel E. Edmonds

Nathaniel E. Edmonds is a Partner in the Personal Injury Division of Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson, L.L.P. Working out of the firm’s main office in Macon in his native state of Georgia, he focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, representing clients throughout the greater Macon area and throughout the entire State of Georgia. Admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts since 2013, Mr. Edmonds is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Edmonds attended Kennesaw State University, where he majored in economics with a minor in finance and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Remaining in Georgia for his legal education, he attended the Mercer University School of Law in Macon and in 2013 was awarded his Juris Doctor.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Edmonds gained experience in general civil and criminal litigation, including family law, criminal and juvenile defense, and contract law, and general litigation. He then began representing insurance companies, defending them in the types of matters that he now handles as a plaintiff’s attorney. This has helped him to anticipate the tactics that he can expect to face while representing people who have been harmed by the negligence or recklessness of other parties.

The cases that he has worked on since joining his current firm have arisen out of incidents involving premises liability, motor vehicle crashes, medical malpractice and dog bites. He has been able to obtain significant compensation on behalf of his clients through both jury awards and settlements that he has negotiated out of court.
