Tracey L. Dellacona

Tracey L. Dellacona assists clients all over Georgia from her office in Macon, where she runs  Dellacona Law Firm, LLC. She excels as a personal injury attorney because she worked as a nurse for six years in critical care and emergency settings. Ms. Dellacona works with clients throughout the state who seek damages for medical malpractice, car and truck accidents, brain injuries, and wrongful death. Her understanding of the physical and mental toll paid by injury victims motivates her to pursue compensation for people reeling in the aftermath of terrible events, like birth injuries, trucking or car accidents, hospital deaths, or industrial accidents.

Ms. Dellacona has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for her clients in the failure to properly treat and diagnose family or individuals in the emergency department, improper management of labor and delivery, failure to diagnose heart attacks, sepsis, spinal cord injuries, respiratory distress, pressure sores and improper treatment of infants and pediatric patients.

Her memberships include the Macon Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, Nursing Home Litigation Group, Medical Negligence Litigation, and Middle Georgia Trial Lawyers. Ms. Dellacona formerly served as an adjunct professor at the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, where she originally earned her law degree. Her other educational credits include a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Business Administration from Wesleyan College. She has also lectured on the national and state level on medical malpractice and serves as a peer reviewer for TRIAL Magazine, the national magazine for trial attorneys.  She has also been published in TRIAL magazine.
