Andrew W. Jones

As the owner and founding partner at Jones & Swanson, Andrew W. Jones is dedicated to representing clients in Marietta, Atlanta and the surrounding areas in Georgia, as well as in Cobb County. He focuses his practice on handling personal injury cases that involve the following matters: car accidents, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, product liability, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents and automobile defects.

In 1990, Mr. Jones received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from The University of Georgia. He then attended the Samford University Cumberland School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in 1993.

For more than two decades, Mr. Jones has been committed to advocating for people who have suffered because of someone else's negligence. Treating every case as though it will go to trial, he has successfully secured millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. His track record of victories includes battling companies such as United Parcel Service of America, Inc., Ford Motor Company, Isuzu North America Corporation, Toyota Motor Corporation, Honeywell International Inc., The Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., Georgia-Pacific and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
