Benjamin S. Persons, IV, has been representing clients in Marietta, Georgia, as a managing partner at The Persons Firm, LLC. Ever since 2000, when he was licensed to practice in Georgia, he has handled just about every imaginable personal injury issue involving:

A 1996 B.A graduate of the University of Georgia, Mr. Persons enrolled at Oxford University in 1997 to complete the International Law Program, a pre-law course offered in partnership with the Ohio State University. Later in 1999, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law.

Besides the state courts of Georgia, Mr. Persons has handled a number of cases before the United States District Court for Northern District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Mr. Persons is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Cobb County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Buckhead Bar Association. He was elected as the president of the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association in 2007 and is currently the treasurer of the same.

Focusing his efforts on giving back to the community, Mr. Persons volunteers to provide services to those in need. He is a part of various organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Marietta First United Methodist Church and Weekday Ministries.
