Chase Swanson

It is an unfortunate fact that people suffer injuries due to someone else’s negligence every day. As a partner at Jones & Swanson, Chase Swanson understands the physical, financial and emotional struggles people experience following a personal injury. He represents clients across the state of Georgia who have been involved in an incident involving a motorcycle, truck, auto or construction accident; wrongful death; and premises liability.

Taking a client-centered approach, Mr. Swanson leads with compassion. He listens to people as they share their stories, making note of every way in which the incident has affected a client’s life. Thoroughly invested in helping people get back on their feet, Mr. Swanson is able to combine personal attention with an aggressive stance against the party responsible for the damages.

Some of Mr. Swanson’s successes include obtaining hundreds of thousands of dollars for people who required surgery following a car accident or rehabilitation after a slip-and-fall at a restaurant. His outstanding representation has earned him an Avvo “Superb” rating; the Cobb County Bar Association’s President’s Award; and the Cobb County Bar Association’s Ross Adams Younger Lawyer Award.

After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics from Mercer University in 2007, Mr. Swanson went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the Mercer University School of Law in 2010.

Taking an active role in the legal community, Mr. Swanson is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Georgia.

Mr. Swanson is also highly involved in local nonprofit organizations and serves as a deacon at First Baptist Church Marietta. Outside his practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children going camping, hiking and fishing.
