Damon S. Bivek

Damon S. Bivek is a founding partner of Bivek Brubaker & Prescott LLC, a family and divorce law firm representing men, women, wealthy, middle class and underprivileged clients alike in the Atlanta area and throughout the state of Georgia.

Professional, forward-thinking and dedicated to providing outstanding client service, Damon handles all types of family law matters in his practice at the firm, including divorce cases, adoptions, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, child custody and support disputes, legitimation (paternity) cases, post-divorce modifications, contempt cases and family law appeals. Damon also uses collaborative law and mediation to help clients resolve family law disputes in a positive, efficient way while avoiding the potential costs, delays and risks of litigation.

Damon is a graduate of Georgia State University College of Law and a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Justice Robert Benham of the Georgia Supreme Court. An active member of the Cobb County Bar Association, Damon is also committed to serving the underprivileged and the community-at-large through the Cobb Justice Foundation, Cobb Legal Aid and non-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity – efforts that were recognized with awards for outstanding pro bono public service in 2008, 2009 and 2010, respectively.
