Darl Champion is the founding attorney of The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C., a personal injury law firm based in Marietta, GA.
An accomplished trial attorney, Darl represents individuals and families in serious injury and wrongful death cases, including those involving motor vehicle collisions, commercial trucking accidents, medical malpractice, and premises liability.
Darl founded his firm in 2014 with the belief that people facing life-changing injuries deserve exceptional legal representation and personal attention. Darl graduated summa cum laude from Methodist University and magna cum laude from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law. - $17 Million Settlement in Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against MARTA - Darl Champion obtained a $17 million settlement in a lawsuit against the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA). The lawsuit arose out of the death of Robert Smith, a contractor who died on June 3, 2018 while performing work as part of a project to install a cellular wireless system in MARTA’s stations and tunnels., 2022
