Eleni C. Bafas

Eleni C. Bafas is the esteemed owner of Bafas Law located in Marietta, Georgia. She has a broad base of experience in diverse legal matters involving estate planning, real estate, business and family law. She derives great satisfaction from fulfilling the legal requirements of individuals and families in matters such as:

• Business formation and administration

Ms. Bafas graduated with a doctorate in law with Pro Bono Distinction in 2012 from the Georgia State University College of Law. She is licensed to practice in Georgia since 2012. 

In 2009, Ms. Bafas received her Bachelor of Science degree with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a recipient of the prestigious Georgia Tech Stamps President's Scholarship Award and remains closely connected to the institute through the President's Scholarship Alumni Society and Georgia Tech Bar Association. She was actively engaged in various student organizations during her time at Georgia Tech. Currently, Ms. Bafas is a board member for the President's Alumni Society.

Ms. Bafas, an esteemed member of the Rotary Club of Dunwoody, holds distinguished roles including as chair of the District 6900 Committee for Global Grant Scholarships, and she has served as a trustee for the Georgia Rotary Student Program and as a board member and Secretary of the Georgia Rotary Student Program Foundation. Moreover, she is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and a board member for Siblings Forever, a nonprofit organization serving foster children across Georgia. Ms. Bafas was a founding board member and served CEO of St. Nick’s Kids, an accredited, nonprofit adoption agency for which she remains an advisory board member currently. Additionally, Eleni works to connect young professional women of Atlanta as founder and CEO of The Atlanta Social Club. Her tenure and contributions to these organizations are highly regarded and widely recognized.
