Erica Arena-Camarillo

From the law office of Arena-Camarillo Law, P.C., in Marietta, Georgia, Erica Arena-Camarillo vehemently fights for her clients in their contentious family law matters, helping them move on from their personal hardships and onto better opportunities in their futures. She is well-equipped to handle all aspects of family law and is a proponent of using alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, so that her clients do not face undue emotional and financial strains. 

Ms. Arena-Camarillo completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, and she went on to enroll in the Santa Clara University School of Law. During her time in law school, she bolstered her strong legal foundation and sharpened her legal acumen and talents that still inform her practice today. Receiving her Juris Doctor in 2008, she obtained her license to practice law in Georgia the same year and later became admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. 

Soon after graduating from law school, Ms. Arena-Camarillo served as an assistant public defender in Newton County, providing deft legal representation to individuals who could not afford their own legal counsel. She went on to become an assistant district attorney in the DeKalb County district attorney’s office – within the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act Division – which greatly expanded her practical knowledge.

Within her legal community, Ms. Arena-Camarillo maintains close affiliations with myriad legal organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia (Family Law Section), the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and the Cobb County Bar Association (Family Law Section and Women of the Bar Section).
