Attorney Jason S. Marcus is a founding partner of the Bracker & Marcus LLC law firm in Marietta, Georgia. Mr. Marcus exclusively represents whistleblowers in qui tam claims under the False Claims Act, SEC, and IRS whistleblower statutes since 2008. He represents whistleblowers in False Claims Act litigation nationwide, including in metro Atlanta and throughout Georgia, to help protect their rights and interests and increase their chances of obtaining the justice they deserve for the fraud and wrongdoing they witnessed in the workplace.

A 2003 graduate of Tulane University, Mr. Marcus attended the University of Georgia School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2006. Along with practicing before all of Georgia's state courts, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Eastern District of Tennessee, the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He has also served pro hac vice before various federal courts throughout the nation.
