- This was a case where my client was injured in a rear-end collision. She ultimately underwent a spinal fusion. The at-fault driver’s insurance company made an offer around $20,000. After litigating the case, the insurance company paid full policy limits for my wonderful client. , 2021
- The most tragic case I've ever worked on involved a little girl who was killed while crossing the street to get on the school bus. The at-fault driver did not see the school bus, the illuminated stop sign, or the child. We resolved the case pre-suit for all available policies, including compensation for the child's mother who witnessed this tragedy., 2024
- Our client was gravely injured in 2022. He did not know he had a personal injury case, as he was injured while he was working. We resolved his personal injury case for $1.1 million within six (6) months of receiving the case. We also referred him to an excellent workers' compensation attorney. , 2024
- I represented a family of four (4) in a motor vehicle collision. They were riding in their large pick-up truck and we’re t-boned by a Nissan Versa, whose driver had run a red light in rural Georgia. The property damage was substantial. Luckily, the family was nearly unhurt. The parents and two small children were examined at the emergency room and released. Everyone had one or two chiropractic sessions. While the medical specials were very low, we demanded abs received the liability and UM policy limits without having to file suit.
- This was also a rear-end collision case. The impact did not leave any significant property damage. My client incurred approximately $61,000 in medical bills. The at-fault insurance company paid $500,000 after mediation due to their driver’s negligence and the company’s failure to follow proper training protocols.
