Nicholas Benzine

At the Benzine Law Group, LLC, attorney Nicholas Benzine developed a passion for law when he was still in school for his bachelor’s degree and working for the Offices of the United States Attorneys at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Today, he assists clients in a wide range of legal issues, particularly workers’ compensation, criminal defense and personal injury law. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Benzine accepts clients in the city and throughout the surrounding areas.

Mr. Benzine began his education at Hofstra University, majoring in political science. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor at the prestigious Mercer University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Having a strong desire for gaining knowledge and maintaining excellence, Mr. Benzine is proficient in handling many legal topics, including workplace injuries, workers' compensation claims and appeals, DUI defense, traffic violations, premises liability, dangerous products, and motor vehicle accidents. With significant prior experience working in the homicide and major crimes division for the Offices of the United States Attorneys in the District of Columbia, Mr. Benzine is uniquely suited to knowing the various angles the opposition may take. He is committed to client satisfaction and resolving disputes peacefully, whenever possible. However, when necessary, he is prepared to represent his clients' interests in court.

Mr. Benzine understands the importance of being active in the legal community and continuing to hone his skills. He is an active member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
