Thomas E. Flugum, Jr.

Thomas is the Founder, Owner, and Lead Attorney for The Freedom Lawyers - Flugum Law, LLC., one of Metro-Atlanta's Premier Criminal Defense Law Firms. Born and raised in Cobb County, his ties to the Atlanta area run four-generations. Thomas attended the University of Alabama before finishing his undergraduate degree at Kennesaw State University. He then attended Georgia State University School of Law with a focus in Criminal Trial Law. After Graduating Thomas worked for the Fulton County Solicitor's Office focusing his prosecution on DUI and Domestic Violence cases. 

Thomas founded The Freedom Lawyers in 2018 with the sole focus of Defending the Freedom of every single one of this clients. The Freedom Lawyers represent clients charged with DUI, Misdemeanors, Felonies, and Federal Charges. His primary focus areas are:
