Attorney Profile

When Tracie L. Klinke founded Klinke Immigration in 2012, she knew she wanted to have a place where people feel safe and peers could approach her for help. She has created just that at her practice, where clients seek advice on immigration matters that include naturalization, citizenship, family-based and humanitarian-based issues, waivers and cases concerning the United State Citizenship and Immigration Services. She also specializes in helping victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. Her practice serves clients throughout Atlanta and Northern Georgia.

Throughout her career, Ms. Klinke has overseen hundreds of interviews for green cards and naturalization. Even before opening her practice, she gained significant experience working on behalf of immigrants, their families and others with international concerns.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Kansas, Ms. Klinke attended the Georgia State University College of Law where she served as president of the Immigration Law Society and was a member of the school’s law review. She graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor in 2008.

Ms. Klinke is widely respected throughout the legal community. She holds an Avvo “Superb” rating; she has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America; and the American Immigration Lawyers Association honored her with its National Advocacy Award in 2018.

Outside her practice, Ms. Klinke is a member of the National Lawyers Guild, the Cobb County Bar Association, the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and the State Bar of Georgia. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States as well as all state and federal courts in Georgia.
