Tyler J. Browning

Tyler Browning handles a wide variety of family law cases, including divorce litigation and custody disputes; he also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in custody cases. He has served on the Executive Committee for the Family Law Section of the State Bar and chaired the Family Law Committee for the Young Lawyers Division and for the Cobb County Bar Association. He has co-chaired the Successful Trial Practice seminar for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and has also lectured on various family law matters. Prior to entering private practice, Tyler served as staff attorney with Cobb Superior Court, prosecuted cases as an Assistant Solicitor General, and worked at the Georgia Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of The University of Georgia and Georgia State University College of Law. Tyler also serves as the Hearing Officer for the Tax Intercept Program with the City of Marietta Municipal Court.
