With a double major in history and government, Mr. Power earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1984 from Christopher Newport University. He then attended Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1988.  Warren also has a MA from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in existential agency.  His experience includes former employment positions such as the eminent domain counsel for Henry County and the City of Atlanta.

He is admitted to practice in the states of Georgia and Virginia and before the United States Court of Federal Claims, the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Mr. Power is a member of the Henry County Bar Association and a former vice president and president of the organization. For the Eminent Domain Section of the State Bar of Georgia, he has served as chair, chair elect and secretary. A former member of the board of visitors for the Walter F. George School of Law, he was also a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. At Mercer University, he was an adjunct professor of law for three years.
