Barry L. Zimmerman is the founding partner of Zimmerman & Associates. As a trial attorney for 50 years and retired Judge after serving on the bench for over 42 years, Barry is one of the most respected and admired attorneys in Georgia. - Barry Zimmerman has been practicing law in the Atlanta Metropolitan area for 50 years. He is a retired Part Time Municipal Court Judge, Part Time Magistrate Court Judge, and Designated Superior Court Judge where he served for over 42 years. Barry also served as a Special Master on numerous real estate related cases, which he did for over 30 years. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the Domestic law section of the Georgia Bar Association. Barry was also a member of the Council of Municipal Court Judges.

Other Outstanding Achievements
- Barry Zimmerman, although still practicing law, has retired from Judging. As a Judge, he has been both a part-time Municipal Court Judge and a part-time Magistrate Court Judge, in the Municipal Courts for the cities of Atlanta, Alpharetta, Milton, and Roswell, and in the Fulton County Magistrate Court. Years ago, he was appointed as the Chief Judge for the newly formed City of Milton, Georgia, and as the Chief Judge of the City of Alpharetta, both part-time positions.
