Ashley Miller Lanier is the founding partner of Gaddis & Lanier, LLC, in Peachtree City, Georgia, where she focuses her practice on representing homeowner associations, condominiums and developers throughout the state of Georgia. Serving as general counsel, she advises community associations on a wide range of legal matters, including covenant enforcement, construction and renovation projects and developer transition issues.  Ms. Lanier also provides guidance on insurance, maintenance, easements and boundary line disputes impacting common areas. 

Ms. Miller Lanier earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina and Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.  Her academic achievements reflect the same dedication and diligence that define her professional practice today.

Deeply involved in the profession, Ms. Miller Lanier is an active member of the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
