Licensed to practice in Georgia since 1977, attorney James H. Webb Jr. is the founding attorney of the Peachtree City-based law firm, Webb Law LLC. Practicing law for more than 46 years and also licensed in Florida, he drives his skills and experience toward helping personal injury victims, primarily those who have incurred damage due to medical malpractice.
Mr. Webb graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1977 after earning a Bachelor of Science in education from Georgia State University in 1972. His legal prowess was evident early in his career, leading to his admission to the State Bar of Georgia in 1977 and The Florida Bar in 1978. His qualifications include admissions to practice before the federal courts in the U.S., the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the U.S. Supreme Court since 1998.
Beyond his practice, Mr. Webb is highly recognized for his legal acumen and has achieved multiple certifications, including board certification in civil trial advocacy and civil pretrial practice advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. His dedication to the legal community is demonstrated through his active membership in numerous prestigious legal associations, such as the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and the American Association for Justice.
Mr. Webb is also a decorated veteran, having served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army's field artillery during the Vietnam War. His military service has instilled in him a disciplined approach to his law practice and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
