Attorney Profile

Matthew F. McGahren is the founder of McGahren Law, LLC. He defends Georgia clients against injustices caused by the negligence of other entities and seeks justice on their behalf. With this goal in mind, he represents clients on matters related to personal injury, trucking accidents and motor vehicle accidents. He represents clients all across the state of Georgia, including the counties of Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Fulton, and Henry. While the firm has a focus on Personal Injury, their experience running a full service law firm means they can help clients with a myriad of special or complex legal needs.

Mr. McGahren attended The University of North Carolina for both his undergraduate and law degrees. He completed his Bachelor of Arts, graduating summa cum laude in 1989 and received his J.D. in 1992. He graduated summa cum laude when pursuing his undergraduate degree and made the dean's list during both degrees. He is licensed to practice in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and Arizona.

For over 25 years, Mr. McGahren has helped personal injury victims get compensation. His track record for winning resulted in Georgia's Top Verdicts recognizing his individual cases and his law firm on several occasions. One factor that motivates him throughout his cases is that he chooses to work on contingency, so he only gets paid if he wins the case on behalf of his clients.

Outside of work, Mr. McGahren remains involved in his community. He also loves film-making and is the owner of Iron Shadow Cinema.
