Caleb Ratliff

With nearly a decade of experience, Caleb Ratliff brings a fresh perspective and an unwavering work ethic to every case he takes on, ensuring his clients are well looked after throughout the duration of their legal issues. A partner at the law office of Cox Byington Twyman LLP in Rome, Georgia, he handles a wide array of legal matters, including real estate law and estate planning, administration and probate, as well as landlord-tenant disputes.

Mr. Ratliff completed his undergraduate studies in 2013, graduating with his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Georgia. He went on to attend the University of Georgia School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2016, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Florida and later in Georgia. During his time in law school, he was awarded the William Seaborn Ashley, Jr., Scholarship for his academic prowess in trust and estates law. 

Within a relatively short period of time, Mr. Ratliff has made immense strides in his industry through his pristine, client-centric practice that emphasizes personalized attention, meticulous focus and an unwavering work ethic to achieve his clients’ goals. He maintains membership in the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar, and in the former organization, he was a member of the Young Lawyers Division and the 2024 Joe Dent Hospitality Award. 

Mr. Ratliff is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.
