Robert Finnell

The founder of The Finnell Firm, Robert Finnell focuses his practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, and his experience has also encompassed workers' compensation claims and employment law matters. Located in Rome, Georgia, he provides aggressive advocacy for residents of Floyd County and other parts of the state. Admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts since 1975, Mr. Finnell is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

He majored in history as an undergraduate at the University of Kentucky, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1971. He then went on to attend Samford University's Cumberland School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1975.
