Stephen B. Moseley

Stephen B. Moseley is a civil litigation partner at Brinson, Askew, Berry, Seigler, Richardson & Davis, LLP. Located in Rome, Georgia, and with clients in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area and throughout the northwestern portion of the state, he focuses his practice primarily on the representation of health care practitioners and facilities in medical malpractice litigation. In addition to defending medical professionals in court proceedings, he appears on behalf of his dentist clients before the Georgia Board of Dentistry and his physician clients before the Georgia Composite Medical Board. Mr. Moseley also has experience in personal injury and wrongful death litigation.

A Georgia native, Mr. Moseley attended Dartmouth College as an undergraduate, majoring in government and receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 1994. He then returned to his home state and enrolled at the University of Georgia School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1998. He has been with his current firm for his entire career. Admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts, Mr. Moseley is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Mr. Moseley is very active in his community. The current president and member of the board of directors of the YMCA of Rome & Floyd County, he is also a member of the Rome-Seven Hills Rotary Club and of the Rome Floyd Chamber. Mr. Moseley has served on the board of directors of both the United Way of Rome and Floyd County and the Heart of the Community Foundation. His professional memberships include the Rome Bar Association, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
