In addition to maintaining a successful trial practice, Mr. Bratcher has also successfully handled more than 20 appellate cases, including arguments before the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

A 2002 magna cum laude graduate of Kennesaw State University, Mr. Bratcher attended Georgia State University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2005. While in law school, he served as the first president of the school's chapter of the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy, and he was also highly active with the Public Interest Law Association.

Mr. Bratcher maintains an active membership with the State Bar of Georgia, and he serves as mentor for the organization's Transition Into Law Practice Program. Mr. Bratcher also instructs law enforcement in search and seizure laws for the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council, and he is the CEO of Pine Ridge Land Conservancy, Inc., which focuses on environmental preservation.
