Manal Caruso

As a founding partner at Chehimi Law, LLC, in Roswell, Georgia, Manal Caruso is dedicated to delivering top-notch legal representation. With 15 years in the legal arena and a decade as an attorney, she channels her strengths into criminal defense, particularly DUI/DWI cases, drug offenses and traffic-related issues.

Before launching her own practice, Ms. Caruso gained experience in criminal defense, family law and personal injury. She has demonstrated remarkable legal acumen both in managing cases and during several felony jury trials. Her passions lie in constitutional and criminal law, and she is also fluent in Arabic.

Ms. Caruso graduated with honors from Georgia State University with a B.A. and earned her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School, where she distinguished herself. She has been licensed to practice in Georgia since 2012 and holds certifications in field sobriety testing and the Intoxilyzer 5000 and 9000 breath-testing devices.

Highly regarded in the legal community, Ms. Caruso is affiliated with various organizations, including the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL), the Georgia Chapter of Defense of Drinking Drivers (DODD) and the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD).
