  • Secured lifetime alimony for Wife/Mother, child support with a high income deviation twice the norm, fees, and the majority of a large marital estate, including, but not limited to a paid-for house, 50% of renal house proceeds in a foreign country, the majority of the ex-husband's retirement, and significant property payments after securing valuation of ex-husband's interest in his partnership of approximately $1 million dollars pursuant to our argument to the court (which husband had argued was only worth $300K) in a highly contested divorce which drew national attention because the ex-husband subsequently placed a bomb in my client's car and it exploded, which resulted in client being hospitalized in a coma at a burns unit with 50% burns on her body (which she thankfully survived).
