Details
Eric Roden, the founding attorney and CEO of Roden Law, has established offices in Savannah and Brunswick, Georgia, as well as Charleston, South Carolina. From the very beginning of his career, he has been a steadfast advocate for injury victims, consistently choosing not to represent insurance companies. He has immersed himself in areas such as automobile accidents, nursing home negligence, wrongful death and workers' compensation law, dedicating his professional life to ensuring those harmed by the careless and malicious actions of others receive the compensation they deserve. In 2013, he co-founded the firm with a vision to deliver comprehensive, impactful and relentless advocacy for those in need.
Mr. Roden's academic journey began with a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2009, where he was part of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa and Order of Omega Greek Honor Society. He also served as vice-president of Phi Kappa Psi. Continuing his education, he earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2012. During this time, he held the position of executive vice-chair on the Mock Trial Board and was honored as Best Advocate in the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge, as well as a Semi-Finalist in the William W. Daniel National Invitational Mock.
Since 2012, Mr. Roden has been licensed with the State Bar of Georgia, and he has gained admission to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. His professional affiliations include being a board member of the William Jay Society, as well as a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Savannah Bar Association (SBA). He is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution.
