- Mr. Moody was part of the trial team on the case of a minor that was sexually assaulted by sanctioned coach of USA Gymnastics. The case spurred national legislative changes with minor abuse reporting statutes and was case that started the national landslide of allegations by gymnasts against coaches and doctors. The ensuing investigation led to the arrest of Larry Nassar. The case settled a week before trial for a confidential amount., 2018

- Mr. Moody represented a client in a tractor trailer case wherein the driver of the truck failed to yield to oncoming traffic. The client attempted to stop but was unable. Mr. Moody's client t-boned the trailer of the rig, sending his car underneath. Injuries included a rib fracture, abdominal wall contusion, displaced bimalleolar fracture of the ankle, dislocation of the ankle joint, and syndesmotic disruption of the ankle.
