An active contributor to those in her community, Ms. Johnson is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and is a volunteer providing pro bono work in family law and domestic violence. She frequently visits many schools where she has serves as an inspiring guest speaker and judges mock trial competitions.  She serves as an Executive Board Member at The Hillside Conant School in Atlanta, Georgia, and participates in Adopt-A-Classroom at Johnson Elementary School in Jackson, Mississippi.  Ms. Johnson provides the annual Everlena Y. Johnson Scholarship for graduating seniors at Kosciusko High School and is committed to improving the lives of children in Mississippi and Georgia.

  • The YLD Leadership Academy was created in response to the growing need for professional leadership development among attorneys in Georgia. The program's purpose is to educate young attorneys on salient issues facing the state of Georgia and the United States, assist them in developing and refining their leadership skills and foster a mentoring relationship between the participants and selected leaders.
