M. Waite Thomas

M. Waite Thomas is a passionate and diligent attorney. With the firm located in St. Simons Island in Georgia, he extends his practice to the cities of Brunswick and Savannah. He concentrates on providing his clients with holistic and unique solutions to legal issues related to commercial law, real estate law and other general litigation matters.

Licensed to practice in Georgia since 2014, Mr. Thomas is a team player who also helps attorneys manage consumer and civil rights issues, construction litigation and general liability matters on behalf of their clients. Graduating cum laude from Hampden-Sydney College in 2010, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went on to pursue law at the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, from where he received his Juris Doctor in 2014.

Mr. Thomas is admitted to appear before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. He is also an active member of the State Bar of Georgia as well as the Glynn County Bar Association.
