Her practice also includes cases arising out of trucking accidents, medical malpractice, aviation disasters and premises liability incidents. She currently represents the State of Georgia in litigation against opioid manufacturers and distributors arising out of the opioid epidemic and has helped secure over $1 billion in settlements thus far.

Franklin Law is proud to represent the City of Savannah in litigation against manufacturers and users of harmful PFAS chemicals. The class action was filed after Rebecca successfully represented the family of a man who died while in the care of the facility. She was awarded the “Courageous Pursuit of Justice Award” by the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association for her efforts.

As an undergraduate, Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2001.
