An experienced civil trial lawyer and partner at The King Firm, J.L. King, II represents clients in Tifton, Georgia, and all of south central Georgia. At Murray State University, Mr. King graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Banking with a focus in international business, and a Master of Business Administration. He then moved on to law school at the University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated with his Juris Doctor and is now admitted to practice in the state of Georgia and the state of Florida.
Mr. King is also admitted to practice before several federal courts. These include the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the Florida Supreme Court, the Florida District Courts of Appeal, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
