Todd J. Poole

Todd J. Poole is the founding member of Poole Huffman, LLC, in Tucker, Georgia, where he represents businesses and business owners in complex disputes. Drawing on his entrepreneurial background, he understands that litigation is not only about winning in court but also about making sound business decisions. His practice focuses on matters such as breach of contract, partnership disputes, landlord-tenant issues and commercial collections.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Poole has represented clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations, handling cases valued from modest sums to multibillion-dollar disputes. His work has taken him before juries and through every stage of the dispute resolution process, giving him a deep appreciation for both strategy and efficiency. He has appeared in federal and state courts across the United States, combining the resources of large international firms with the personal attention of a boutique practice.

Mr. Poole is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and all state courts in Georgia and Virginia. Active in both professional and community circles, Mr. Poole is a member of the Decatur Business Association and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. He earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt Law School after completing his undergraduate studies at Washington & Lee University.
