With more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Delk represents clients across South Georgia in significant disputes involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death and major liability exposure. His work often involves dealing with complicated medical records, expert testimony and regulatory standards to advocate effectively on behalf of injured clients.
Mr. Delk is admitted to practice before the Superior Courts of the State of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Georgia, allowing him to represent clients in both state and federal courts.
