Jeffrey W. DeLoach

Jeffrey W. DeLoach is a founding partner of Epps, Holloway, DeLoach & Hoipkemier, LLC, a law firm serving Athens, Georgia. His practice encompasses a wide range of legal areas, including business and commercial disputes, personal injury, real estate litigation, franchise litigation, torts and eminent domain. He has earned an AV-Preeminent* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell, underscoring his dedication and skill in the legal field.

Mr. DeLoach brings significant trial, arbitration and appellate experience to his clients. He has tried numerous cases to jury verdicts in Georgia Superior Courts and has successfully handled various arbitration matters. In addition to his arbitration and trial work, Mr. DeLoach has represented clients in a variety of cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. His extensive experience in these areas allows him to provide comprehensive legal support and representation to his clients.

Mr. DeLoach earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Mock Trial Executive Board. Prior to attending law school, he earned his B.A., cum laude, from Furman University. During his time there, he was a four-year letterman on the Men's Golf Team and served as co-captain in his senior year. His academic achievements and extracurricular involvement reflect his commitment to excellence and leadership.

In terms of professional affiliations, Mr. DeLoach is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and the National Order of the Barristers. He is authorized to practice law in all state, trial and appellate courts in Georgia, in addition to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. Additionally, he is a member of the Western Circuit Bar Association, further establishing his active participation in the legal community.
