When he founded Meriwether & Tharp, LLC, Patrick “Leh” Meriwether committed to helping people throughout the state of Georgia navigate difficult matters, including business and transactional issues as well as family law cases. Since that day in 1998, he has delivered unparalleled representation.
Mr. Meriwether has earned a number of accolades throughout his career. He holds an Avvo “Superb” rating; he has been listed in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100; and Georgia Trend Magazine named him as a Legal Elite.
These honors are the result of personalized service and returning favorable outcomes to clients. When Mr. Meriwether takes on a case, he evaluates the ways in which the issue at hand could take a toll on clients. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in 1992, Mr. Meriwether earned a Juris Doctor in 1995 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
