For nearly 40 years, Daniel T Pagliarini AAL, has exclusively represented victims injured in motor vehicle accidents throughout the Hawaiian Islands. Mr. Pagliarini earned his bachelor’s degree from Bryant University in Rhode Island before attending Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He completed part of his legal education at the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii, and received his Juris Doctor in 1987. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in both Hawaii and Rhode Island and has represented clients in Hawaii state and federal courts ever since.
After law school, Daniel served as a law clerk for the First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, before becoming a Deputy Public Defender, where he gained extensive jury trial experience from 1988 to 1991. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hawaii - West Oahu and as a Guest Lecturer at the William S. Richardson School of Law. He is a past president of the Hawaii Association for Justice, Hawaii's leading organization of plaintiff trial lawyers.
