Daniel T. Pagliarini is the founder of his own firm that is located in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii. Serving personal injury clients on all Hawaiian islands, Mr. Pagliarini's practice focuses exclusively on plaintiff's personal injury cases, assisting people who have been injured by the negligence of others. Mr. Pagliarini's legal practice concentrates on auto, truck, bus, motorcycle, moped, bicycle and pedestrian accidents. In addition Mr. Pagliarini also handles injury cases stemming from hazardous premises conditions, such as slip or trip and fall cases and serious animal bite cases. Some of Mr. Pagliarini's recent results have included a $2 million dollars for a mild traumatic brain injury (TBI); $1.6 million for a wrongfuld death case; $800,000 for a burn victim; $750,000 for a client who suffered foot and back injuries from a forklift collision; and $300,000 for a young man injured in a moped collision.
In over three decades of practicing law, Mr. Pagliarini's fellow professionals have taken note of his successful track record and his high degree of ethics. As an undergraduate, Mr. Pagliarini attended Bryant University in Rhode Island, and in 1984, he graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA, and spent his third year as a visiting scholar at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa before being awarded his Juris Doctor by Suffolk in 1987. After graduation, Mr. Pagliarini served as a law clerk for several Circuit Court Judges sitting in the First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii. He then served as a Deputy Public Defender for the State of Hawaii, Office of the Public Defender before entering private practice. Admitted to practice in Hawaii in 1987, he was also admitted to practice in Rhode Island in 1988. Mr. Pagliarini is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii and the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
