William K. Meheula, III

William K. Meheula, III, is an attorney and partner at Sullivan Meheula Lee, LLLP, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Mr. Meheula concentrates his practice on business litigation and plaintiff professional liability actions. He has over 40 years of legal experience and serves clients throughout the Honolulu area.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Meheula has been involved in many significant cases, including matters involving Native Hawaiian rights. He is an experienced negotiator and litigator who has lectured on topics including commercial litigation, legal ethics and trial practice. He is also a former adjunct professor at the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law.

He attended law school at Suffolk University Law School for his first two years, completing his law degree at the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law. He holds a license to practice law before all Hawaii state and federal courts and the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit .

Active in his legal and professional communities, Mr. Meheula belongs to the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Outrigger Canoe Club and Mamaka 'Aialo. He previously held leadership positions in the Hawaii Sovereignty Elections Council and the Native Hawaiian Bar Association.
