Andrew Guzzo

Advocating for consumers mistreated by various agencies and lenders, Andrew Guzzo serves as an attorney at the firm Kelly Guzzo, PLC. Working out of their office in Honolulu, Hawaii, he caters to all the consumer law requirements of his clients across the state and also takes on a variety of class action litigation.  

In 2007, Mr. Guzzo obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University. He went on to get a Juris Doctor degree from Washington & Lee University in 2011. Soon after, he was licensed by the Virginia State Bar and later in 2016 by the Hawaii State Bar. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Guzzo has litigated over 500 federal consumer law cases, along with several class action lawsuits, earning significant millions of dollars for his clients. As a law student, he has served as an intern with the Honorable Judge Lynn K. Stewart at the Baltimore City Circuit Court and as a clerk at a private firm, which has honed his skills and laid a strong foundation as a proficient attorney. 

Mr. Guzzo’s depth of knowledge in the field combined with the effort he takes to explore new avenues make him a zealous attorney to have by one’s side when encountered with a consumer issue. He is lauded for his solid understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other credit matters. 

Litigating a wide variety of cases over the years, Mr. Guzzo has won cases against bureaus who have failed to remove inaccurate information from credit reports resulting in mixed credit files. He has also appeared before the Supreme Court of Virginia. Moreover, he is rated with a perfect score of 10/10 on Avvo, owing to his exemplary history of obtaining results and serving clients with commitment and vigor. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the Hawaii State Bar Association.
