Since his first year in practice, Mr. Rosa has written numerous articles on a variety of topics that have been published in law reviews and bar magazines. He has delivered lectures and seminars on topics he has a passion for. He also devotes significant time to advising low income individuals on legal issues, with the goal of helping people be heard and understood despite limited resources.

He obtained his Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law in 2003. The State Bar of California admitted him to practice that same year, and the Idaho State Bar admitted him in 2007. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern District of California, the District of Idaho, the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
