Arnold L. Wagner

A stalwart champion for his clients’ goals, Arnold L. Wagner works relentlessly to provide them with the top-quality representation they deserve. At the law office of McConnell Wagner Sykes + Stacey PLLC in Boise, Idaho, he is renowned for his construction law practice, as well as his work in business and commercial litigation, and real estate law.

Mr. Wagner completed his undergraduate studies in 1994, graduating cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University. He went on to attend the University of Washington School of Law, and during his time there, he expanded upon his legal knowledge, which pays dividends for his clients today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1997, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Idaho.

With a penchant for finding innovative solutions to problems that require an out-of-the-box approach, Mr. Wagner has always emphasized a tenacious work ethic and meticulous attention to detail when taking on any case for his clients. For his many contributions, he has been named Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers for his work in construction litigation.
