Jeffrey J. Hepworth

When Jeffrey J. Hepworth created his law firm, he knew that protecting hardworking and injured persons in Twin Falls and the greater Boise area would always be his focus. At Jeffrey Hepworth Law, most of his cases cover general personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, employment litigation, employment and labor, medical malpractice and construction defects. Thirty years have passed since attorney Hepworth first launched his legal career, but his sense of duty to the people of Idaho has not waned.

In 1985, Mr. Hepworth graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law. He was licensed to practice in the state that same year. It did not take him long to determine that he would use his talents for the benefit of the people that large corporations most often try to take advantage of inside and outside courtrooms.

Over the past three decades, attorney Hepworth has secured some impressive wins for his clients. Together, they total several million dollars. For example, he resolved an LLC membership dispute to the tune of $3.12 million for one client and won $3.5 million for a wrongful death case involving a teen.
