J.W. Bond is the Founding Attorney and Managing Partner of Attorneys of Idaho, where he represents people in personal injury, criminal defense, and DUI matters. His criminal practice includes misdemeanor and felony defense, jury trials, and appeals. His injury practice includes motor-vehicle, motorcycle, trucking, premises-liability, and wrongful-death matters.
Before practicing law, J.W. served as a police officer in Las Vegas. That experience gives him practical perspective on investigations, police procedures, and the collection and evaluation of evidence. He earned his J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2013.
J.W. worked at Justice Law Center as a law clerk from 2012 to 2014 and as an attorney from 2014 to 2017. On August 1, 2017, he founded the practice now known as Attorneys of Idaho, initially operating as JW Bond Law. He is actively licensed in Nevada and Idaho and is a member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
J.W. has handled trial and appellate matters, including personally arguing before the Idaho Supreme Court in Litster v. Litster Frost Injury Lawyers PLLC. He was selected to the Mountain States Rising Stars list for 2024, 2025, and 2026.

- State v. Brandon Thomas, Case No. CR01-20-39444. As defense counsel, J.W. Bond tried the felony aggravated-assault charge to a jury over three days. The jury returned a not-guilty verdict., 2022
- Litster v. Litster Frost Injury Lawyers PLLC, Idaho Supreme Court Docket No. 50339 (2024). J.W. Bond argued for the appellants. The Court vacated the judgment, reversed summary judgment in part and affirmed it in part, reversed the denial of attorney fees, and remanded.
